About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple tree crews by getting wood/chips off their job site.
- Load, drive and empty dump trucks with manual (stick) transmission.
- Operate skid-steer loader.
- Support climbers.
- Operate chippers.
- Drive and dump chip trucks.
- Operate a chainsaw.
- Load logs into trucks.
- Drive trucks to dump wood.
- Maintain all equipment (truck, saws, chippers, blowers, etc.).
- Will sometimes have to drag brush - no one here is too good to do this job.
Qualifications:
- Must have good driving record and be approved by our insurance company.
- Must be able to drive a truck with a manual transmission.
- Must pass drug screen.
